Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
If you receive a wrong,, or missing item, please report the issue to the delivery representative before they leave.
Exchanges
- Free exchange: If you report the issue while the delivery representative is still with you, the product will be exchanged free of charge.
- After the representative leaves: If you request an exchange after the delivery representative has left, a shipping cost of the replacement order will apply.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Opened, used, sprayed, or tested products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For any issue with your order, please contact AJUN and provide your order details along with supporting photos or videos.
- Approved returns and exchanges are subject to verification by AJUN.
AJUN reserves the right to review each request based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.
