REFUND POLICY
Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
If you notice any wrong, damaged, leaking, or missing item, please report it to the delivery representative before they leave.
If you request a refund after the delivery representative has left, the refund will be processed with a 15% deduction from the total order value to cover packaging and preparation costs.
Example: If your order is 1,000 EGP, you will receive a refund of 850 EGP.
Opened, used, sprayed, or tested products are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
AJUN reserves the right to review each refund request before approval.
